Archery Updates and Pictures

Reminder - we have one last archery class left this coming Monday the 7th. Also I have a link to an archery website that has good tips for the kids to practice right HERE.  Now on to some pictures of our shooters!

Instep Kick

We have been and will continue working on the instep kick. The instep is the part of the foot where your shoe laces would normally be. Remind your kids not to kick with the end or toes of their feet, it's not safe and they could hurt themselves! Here is a short video below:
